Manage AliExpress products in WooCommerce

AliNext Pro is the paid edition of AliNext for importing and managing AliExpress products in WooCommerce. Use advanced search or import products by URL, product ID, category, or seller store page. The optional Chrome add-on is another import route. Pro adds CSV bulk loading, mass imports, and automatic mapping from AliExpress categories to WooCommerce categories.

Before publishing, edit product titles, descriptions, attributes, and variants. Phrase filters can remove unwanted text from product content and reviews. You can also import product videos for show with a shortcode, use external image URLs, and edit, crop, or remove watermarks from images with the built-in image editor. Pro can import and synchronize customer reviews with ratings and images, then translate reviews into multiple languages.

Set prices and keep listings current

Pricing rules can use fixed markups, percentages, or formulas, and can be applied to existing products. Pro can include shipping costs in pricing calculations and automatically map product categories. Automatic product synchronization updates prices, stock, and product details from AliExpress.

Choose a sales process

For dropshipping, customers order and pay through WooCommerce. AliNext Pro can submit orders to AliExpress through its API with the buyer’s shipping address, so the supplier can ship to the customer. The store sets its retail price, with its margin determined by the difference between that price and the product cost.

For affiliate listings, products can include links connected to the AliExpress Affiliate Program. Shoppers follow a link and complete their purchase on AliExpress, which handles payment and fulfillment; eligible purchases can earn a commission through the affiliate program.

Automate orders and shipping

Order placement and synchronization require a connected AliExpress API account. Pro works with automated fulfillment and order update synchronization with unlimited API operations. It can load and synchronize shipping data, automate shipping selection using the cheapest or default option, include shipping costs in product pricing, and attach synchronized tracking numbers to WooCommerce orders. Order status mapping can be customized, notes added, and customer data transliterated for checkout compatibility. Email alerts cover failed imports, API errors, and order issues.

AliNext Pro also includes staff access controls for multi-user stores and priority support for setup questions, failed imports, API errors, and order issues. The plugin requires PHP 8.0 or higher.
