Lazy Blocks Pro adds logic and styling to WordPress blocks
Lazy Blocks Pro extends Lazy Blocks for creating custom blocks in the WordPress block editor. Set a block's name, icon, and category, add controls, then define its output with custom HTML, PHP, Handlebars, or a template file in the theme folder. Controls can also create custom meta fields for selected post types, and blocks can be exported and imported for reuse.

The older Templates feature includes post templates with predefined blocks on existing sites. It is deprecated for future use; new site templates can use the native WordPress Template Editor.
Connect controls to content and relationships
Alongside controls for text, pictures, galleries, rich text, and repeatable fields, Pro adds selectors for related content. The Posts control searches for posts by post type or taxonomy. Taxonomy searches categories, tags, and other custom taxonomies, while Users searches for visitors by role.
Units adds a number input that accepts CSS units. Message displays helpful information between controls, and Code Editor lets you insert code parts with syntax highlighting.
Show fields conditionally and organize the editor
Control conditions display or hide controls according to the values of other controls, keeping fields relevant to the current block options. Panels and dividers group controls in the block panel UI.
Load block styles and scripts when needed
With Styles & Scripts, add custom CSS and JavaScript to individual blocks. Define styles for the editor and the frontend, and use scripts for interactive frontend behavior. Assets load automatically only when needed. Blocks Preloading displays block previews as soon as the page editor loads.
Support SEO analysis and multilingual editing
SEO enhancements support content analysis in Rank Math and Yoast SEO. Lazy Blocks is also compatible with WPML: its text controls are compatible and ready for translation. PHP filters and actions let developers tailor parts of custom blocks from the backend.
Create a block and preview its output
Install Lazy Blocks Pro in WordPress and open the extension interface to create a block. Set its name, icon, and category, add the required controls, then choose an output method. Preview the block in the editor, organize its controls with panels or dividers, and define any needed styles or scripts. For more advanced blocks, consult the documentation while working with PHP, theme templates, conditions, custom assets, or Pro controls.
