SureDonation Pro extends WordPress fundraising with recurring donations and tools for managing campaigns, forms and donors. Build campaigns and forms with WordPress blocks, or use Elementor widgets and Bricks elements to add forms and campaign shows.

Campaigns and donation forms

Create unlimited campaigns with fundraising goals, live progress, a status, featured image, default donation form and dedicated page. Eight templates provide starting points for appeals such as animal rescue, disaster relief, education, faith and medical support. Campaign pages can display progress, statistics, recent donations, donor lists and comments, social sharing, and a donation button.

Forms can offer preset amounts with optional descriptions or a custom amount field. Add text, email, number, phone, address, URL, dropdown, checkbox and donor comment fields. Set required fields, validation rules and input masks. Donors can give anonymously, which hides their names from public donor lists, and may choose to cover processing fees. An optional privacy consent checkbox is also available.

Honeypot protection, client-side checks and server-side validation help screen forms and check donation amounts and fields. Set default validation messages in global settings. Forms can be duplicated and embedded with the [suredonation_form] shortcode.

Payments and donor entries

Accept credit and debit card donations through Stripe in test or live mode. PayPal supports sandbox and live modes, guided onboarding and dashboard refunds. Offline donations can use bank transfer or check, with custom instructions and manual completion. SureDonation supports 40 currencies and fee recovery rates set globally or by payment gateway. Test-mode donations are excluded from public campaign totals and dashboard reports.

The dashboard tracks donor profiles, donation history, totals, largest gifts and statuses. Administrators can filter donor records, review activity charts, moderate donor comments, and import or export donors and donations as CSV. Campaigns and settings can be imported or exported as JSON. Donors are linked to WordPress visitor accounts only after their email address is verified.

Recurring giving and Pro tools

SureDonation Pro supports recurring donations through Stripe and PayPal. Donors can choose daily, weekly, monthly or yearly giving. Subscription emails and administrator controls support canceling, pausing or resuming a subscription.

The donor dashboard lets donors sign in with a password or emailed link to view donation history, download receipts and manage recurring donations. Pro also includes PDF receipts with three designs, per-form settings and email attachments; multi-step forms using the Page Break block; and UK Gift Aid declarations with claim exports for HMRC.

Additional Pro tools include Date Picker and Time Picker fields, revenue reports with exports, internal donor notes, and styling controls for border width, box shadow and button color. Email marketing integrations can send donors to ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Kit, Mailchimp or MailerLite.

Migration and setup

Migration tools import campaigns, donors and donations from GiveWP or Charitable with a preview, progress tracking and per-record resilience. SureDonation Pro can also import subscriptions, show import history and roll back an import. Donation exports from GiveWP can be imported via CSV.

Install and activate the add-on in WordPress, follow the guided setup to connect Stripe, PayPal or offline donations, then create a campaign and add a donation form. Configure fields, amounts, styling and validation messages before placing the form on your site.
