Choose the content each bar searches
Search custom post types such as WooCommerce products, events, and portfolio items, as well as media attachments and the contents of PDF, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint documents. Search sources can include titles, descriptions, excerpts, categories, tags, custom fields, comments, and other supported content. Custom field options include repeaters and special field types.
For community websites, Ajax Search Pro supports BuddyPress activity feeds, users, and group names, along with PeepSo groups and group activities. It also supports WooCommerce shop search and filtering, plus search and filtering for Elementor Loop Grid and JetEngine Listing Grid content.
Let visitors narrow and scan results
Visitors can filter by category, custom field, post type, tag, taxonomy term, or date. Choose from checkboxes, drop-downs, multiselect fields, radio buttons, sliders, and range sliders. Results can be grouped by category, post type, or content type. Predictive suggestions, Google keyword suggestions, and autocomplete can help visitors refine a query as they type.
Search results can highlight matching keywords and use load more controls or infinite scroll, depending on the configuration. More than 100 themes and options for colors, layouts, icons, and result presentation let you adapt the search show. Results can include images, with image precaching and search phrase caching among the performance options. Live search statistics are also included.
Place search where it fits
Ajax Search Pro supports Elementor, Divi, Oxygen, Breakdance, Gutenberg, and Beaver. Add a search bar with a widget or shortcode, load search on archive pages, set frontend search options, or configure automatic replacement of the default search. The interface is responsive for mobile devices.
Install the plugin on the WordPress site, make one or more search bars, and choose each bar's content sources and filters. Then configure its layout, result grouping, caching, and performance options before adding it to the site or setting it to replace the default search.
