Compare products in your store

WPC Smart Compare for WooCommerce Premium gives shoppers a comparison list, table, and bar for reviewing products side by side. They can add products with a Compare button or search, then drag and drop to change their order. AJAX interactions keep the comparison workflow on the store without opening a new tab or iframe.

Searches can prompt related products in the comparison table. When the table is empty or no related products are found, shoppers can be prompted to add products. Registered or subscribed visitors can save login data for comparison using the same function as the Wishlist extension.

Choose comparison details and layout

The Premium edition lets you personalize all product attributes, including custom attributes, and all product fields, including custom fields. Choose which fields and attributes appear, conceal fields for a simpler view, or use comparison methods to hide similarities and highlight differences. A sticky first column and row help shoppers keep product details in view as they review the table.

A smart filter narrows products by a selected taxonomy, such as category, color, or size. You can also enable or disable the Quick Comparison Table for related products and set its position on single product pages.

Configure buttons and the comparison bar

Adjust the Compare button type, text, visibility, product categories, and product removal behavior. The comparison bar can include Add More and Remove All buttons, with adjustable background and button colors. Add a social sharing button using links. The responsive interface is designed for touch devices, and WPML compatibility supports multilingual websites.

Install and activate the plugin in your WooCommerce website, then configure the Compare button, table, and bar settings. Select the fields, attributes, categories, colors, visibility rules, and comparison methods for your store.

To place a button in a custom location, first hide the default archive and single-product buttons with these filters:

Then add the shortcode where the button should appear, replacing the product ID placeholder with the relevant product ID: [woosc id="{product_id}"].
