Collect reviews by location
Find Google reviews using targeted search terms or a Google Place ID. The Google Places API method can update reviews daily; the Google Crawl method downloads up to 40 reviews. The add-on supports physical businesses, service area businesses without a public street address, Google product reviews, and multi-location setups. Add reviews from several locations, combine them in one display, or filter by location.
Pro supports reviews from more than 90 review sites, including Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Airbnb, and WooCommerce. Multiple languages and social pages are supported. You can add reviews manually, make a summary slider from WooCommerce product reviews, and download reviews in CSV format.
Choose a display and placement
Create unlimited review templates, with eight Pro styles to choose from. Display reviews as a slider, responsive grid, or list. Place them in posts, pages, and widget areas, or use a shortcode, template function, or widget.
- Set the number of reviews per row and use multiple rows.
- Sort reviews by date or display them in random order.
- Set a minimum rating, hide reviews by rating or word count, and remove selected reviews from a template.
- Hide reviews without text, trim long reviews, and add a read more link.
- Use pagination so users can load more reviews with a button click.
- Adjust slider autoplay, animation direction, navigation arrows, dots, and slide height.
Review displays can include star ratings, dates, reviewer pictures, the Google icon, and a link to your Google Places page. Downloaded reviewer images can open in a lightbox.
Customize summaries and appearance
Position a review summary badge to the left, above, or to the right of reviews. Pro also includes floating summary badges and review badges that can open a slide-out review display when clicked. Graphs and charts provide review information, and a front-end submission form lets visitors submit reviews. Email notifications can alert you when new low reviews are found.
Adjust border radius, background and text colors, date display, and other template settings to fit your site. Add custom CSS for further styling, or use child themes for more control.
Install and set up
Install and activate the plugin in WordPress. Configure a review source and download method, then add locations or other supported sources. Create a template, choose its display format, and place it in a post, page, or widget area. Set its styling, sorting, filters, badges, and pagination before publishing.
