Connect WordPress events to other platforms
Bit Integrations Pro is a no-code add-on for moving WordPress and add-on data between a website and more than 400 supported platforms. The Pro version unlocks all 400+ triggers and actions and supports unlimited active workflows managed from one dashboard.
A form submission, order, course enrollment, booking, membership event, or other supported activity can start a process. You choose an action, authorize its destination, map fields between the source and destination, and save the workflow.
Workflow triggers, actions, and data
Field mapping transfers information between systems. Custom triggers and conditional logic let you tailor actions to a workflow's requirements. Webhook support can send data to and receive data from supported platforms. Outgoing webhooks can also send WordPress data to third-party services and automation platforms.
- Forms: Connect Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, Bit Form, Fluent Forms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable, and other supported form utilities.
- WooCommerce: Transfer customer data, order details, products, subscriptions, bookings, and memberships where supported.
- CRM and email: Send lead and customer data to Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, MailPoet, and other supported platforms.
- Learning and membership: Use supported triggers from LearnDash, Tutor LMS, MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, and WooCommerce Memberships.
- Spreadsheets and communication: Send information to Google Sheets, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and other supported destinations.
Workflow logs and common uses
Detailed logs show data submissions and automated actions, which can help with error handling and workflow review. Real-time synchronization can help keep connected tools current when information is submitted or created on a WordPress website.
Common workflows send contact form entries to a CRM, add leads to an email platform, record WooCommerce orders in Google Sheets, notify a team channel about site activity, or connect WordPress data to services such as Zapier through webhooks.
Install and configure a workflow
Install the Bit Integrations plugin in WordPress, activate it, and open the workflow interface. Select a trigger, choose and authorize an action, map the fields between the source and destination, and save the workflow. Test the configuration, then review the available logs to check submissions and automated actions.
