Choose records for bulk cleanup

WP Bulk Delete Pro lets you select WordPress content or database records, narrow the selection with filters and conditions, then delete records in bulk. Custom queries provide another way to target posts. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so back up your website before running a cleanup.

Posts and metadata

Cleanup tools remove auto-drafts, trashed posts and revisions. Advanced cleanup can target these records by separate post types, including custom post types. You can also remove orphaned or duplicate metadata for posts, comments, visitors and terms.

Filter posts by type, status, category, tag, author, registration date or modified date. Pro includes conditions for metadata, IDs, duplicate posts, title or content text, post links, and content character or word count. You can delete attached images with posts, use custom queries and schedule post deletion.

Comments, users and taxonomies

Filter comments by status and registration date. Pro adds conditions for comment type, author, author email, metadata and post, along with scheduled comment deletion.

Filter users by role or registration date. Pro adds conditions for visitor metadata, email, display name, nicename and login. You can assign deleted user data to another user and schedule automatic user deletion.

For categories and tags, select a post type, including posts, pages or custom post types, then choose a taxonomy and delete its terms in bulk.

WooCommerce cleanup

Filter orders by status, order date, total value using minimum, maximum or equal conditions, and payment method. WooCommerce user cleanup supports filters for role, registration date, metadata and email. Pro also supports deleting users with no orders, inactive users, and users who exist in WooCommerce but are not listed in WordPress and have no orders.

1. Choose the content area or database records to clean.
2. Select the available filters and conditions for those records.
3. Use a custom query for posts, or schedule supported post, comment or user deletions.
