Choose the order data and file format
Select fields to include, rename their labels, and reorder columns for the receiving system or report. Available formats are Excel, CSV, XML, JSON, PDF, and HTML. Depending on the fields selected, exports can include order summaries; item counts, discounts, and taxes; shipping and billing details; product attributes; coupon details; and order item metadata.
You can include custom fields and terms associated with products and orders. Custom fields added by third-party add-ons export correctly in most cases; some complex plugins may require a snippet.
- Filter which orders are included.
- Group data by products or customers.
- Select orders for export through bulk actions in the orders list.
Set when exports run and where they go
Choose a status change to export a single order immediately, or set a flexible schedule for recurring exports. Pro exports can go to multiple destinations at once, including email, FTP, and various APIs. Updates to Google Sheets or Google Drive are also possible through the Zapier service.
Add product attributes as export columns
In the export options, open Set up fields, then open Product order items. Select Add field, choose the field from the first dropdown, enter a column title, and confirm it.
Compatibility and setup
The plugin is fully compatible with HPOS. Install it in WordPress, then open the export settings to configure fields, format, filters, and delivery. For automated exports, set a status trigger or schedule. Review an export and adjust the selected fields or columns as needed.
