Export WordPress and WooCommerce records

Ultimate Exporter Pro is an add-on in the WP Ultimate CSV Importer ecosystem and requires the free WP Ultimate CSV Importer add-on to function. Export supported data as CSV, XML, XLS, XLSX, JSON, or TSV documents.

Choose posts, pages, custom post types, customers, WooCommerce products and orders, reviews, coupons, media, comments, and metadata according to the available modules and your site setup. Product exports can include variations, pictures, categories, and attributes. Export files are formatted to help avoid CSV and XML errors.

Filter records and choose fields

Pro includes filters for category, status, selected columns, post IDs, title, and custom fields. The exporter also supports time-based and author-specific exports, along with post, visitor, and comment queries. Custom-field support includes ACF, Toolset Types, JetEngine, and Meta Box.

Use a date range to narrow an order export for reporting, or select product records and columns for a supplier update. For multilingual content, the exporter supports WPML and Polylang. Other listed integrations include MemberPress, LearnPress, Easy Digital Downloads, SureCart, GeoDirectory, bbPress, WP Job Manager, and Events Calendar.

Schedule exports and send data to Sheets

Set recurring export schedules with Pro. The Google Sheets option sends data directly to a spreadsheet for access outside the WordPress dashboard; configure the export details required for the selected data.

Process large exports and prepare migrations

Iteration-based processing divides large exports into smaller batches to help reduce timeouts and improve stability. For migration, select a post type and make a ZIP bundle with default template information for use with the importer’s One-Click Import option.

Install and configure the exporter

Install and activate the free WP Ultimate CSV Importer extension first, then install Ultimate Exporter Pro. In the WordPress admin export workflow, choose the content or WooCommerce data, select a file format, and set the available filters and fields. For a migration ZIP, choose the content type, provide a file name, select the file type, and configure any advanced settings such as filters. Click Migrate to generate the ZIP, then click Bundle to download it.
