Choose where customers go after checkout

Thank You Page for WooCommerce PRO replaces the default WooCommerce Order Received destination with a custom page or URL redirect. You can send customers to information that fits their purchase, such as course access instructions, download guidance, membership details, event information, or a donation acknowledgment.

Set a global destination for successful or failed orders. When per-product redirect URLs are configured, the global redirect is used if an order has no per-product URL. For orders containing products with different destinations, set redirect priority to determine which per-product destination takes precedence.

Set rules for products, customers, and checkout

Create thank you page rules using the conditions available in PRO:

• Products, categories, variations, tags, and product types
• Payment gateways
• Customer visitor roles
• Shipping methods
• Global store rules

These conditions let you select a destination based on what was ordered and how checkout was completed. For example, a product rule can point buyers to setup instructions, while a shipping rule can display information relevant to the selected delivery method.

Add order and customer details

Personalization shortcodes can display the order number, customer first and last names, email, phone number, customer details, order total, customer notes, payment method, order date, shipping address, or GMC review form. URL personalization works with the order number, billing first name, billing last name, and billing email.

Use [TRFW_ORDER_DETAILS] to display order details on the page. Choose the classic or modern template with [TRFW_ORDER_DETAILS template="classic"] or [TRFW_ORDER_DETAILS template="modern"].

Compatibility and setup

PRO includes the base plugin functionality for WordPress Multisite and is compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions and WooCommerce Donations. It supports translated URL redirects with WPML and Polylang, plus Trustpilot integration. Listed compatibility includes Approve Orders for WooCommerce, Mollie for WooCommerce, Paytrail for WooCommerce, PixelYourSite Facebook, Google Tag Manager DataLayer for Google Analytics, and WooCommerce Checkout Manager.

1. Create a WordPress page for the thank you experience, or choose an existing page.
2. In the plugin settings, enter that page's URL as the Thank You Page destination and save.
3. To send different orders to other destinations, make rules and assign a page or URL to the relevant conditions.
