Redsys payment options in WooCommerce

Redsys for WooCommerce Premium extends the basic Redsys redirection gateway with more ways to present checkout and manage transactions. Stores can use an InSite-style card form in checkout or show Redsys redirection in a modal, where clients can complete payment without leaving the site.

Bizum is available through standard processing or Bizum InSite. Other supported payment options include MasterPass, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfers and direct debits. A widget can display the credit card picture required by Redsys.

Subscriptions, tokens and preauthorizations

The gateway supports Woo Subscriptions, Yith Subscriptions Premium and SUMO Subscriptions. Tokenization enables one-click payments without leaving the site. Customers can also start payment from a product page, and administrators can use tokens to bulk charge orders from the orders list.

Preauthorizations can be configured globally or for individual products. Administrators can approve them from a WooCommerce order or approve multiple preauthorizations from the orders list.

Order and payment administration

The gateway supports a virtually unlimited number of terminals and FUCs, with a dedicated filter to manage them. It provides sequential invoice numbers, described as essential in Spain by the Public Treasury, and lets administrators issue refunds from an order.

Administrators can choose what happens after a gateway payment error, export orders between two dates to CSV, and configure error emails for themselves and customers. A check on the thank-you page can email the administrator when an order reaches that page without being marked paid.

Compatibility and configuration

Settings include gateway language selection and checkout logo customization. The extension is described as compatible with the latest WooCommerce version and continuously audited by the WooCommerce Team. It supports WPML and SNI certificates such as Let’s Encrypt. Its light gateway feature set identifies PSD2 compatibility, Redsys Redirection Lite, Bizum Lite, Apple Pay and Google Pay redirection, Inespay Lite, WPML, SNI certificates, gateway language selection and checkout logo customization.

Setup

Add and activate the extension on a WordPress website running WooCommerce, then configure the Redsys gateway. Select the payment methods, checkout presentation, language, logo and transaction workflows the store needs. Review order handling and payment error settings before using the gateway.
