Set up registration forms
RegistrationMagic Premium brings custom forms, submission tracking, and user management into a WordPress administration workflow. Use the drag-and-drop builder and predefined fields to make forms, or start with a structure from the ready-to-use library. Create standard registration forms, paid registration forms, or payment forms for different signup processes, then publish registration and login pages.
Give visitors a front-end registration area
Users can log in, reset passwords, review payment transaction history, and download their form submissions from the front-end registration area.
Review submissions and form activity
The administration area tracks incoming submissions and related activity. Individual form dashboards let you review activity and assess possible form changes. Advanced filters narrow submissions to a particular form and selected time period. Forms can accept single or multiple file attachments, which administrators can view or download from the dashboard.
Connect forms with user accounts
The integrated User Manager connects registration and payment activity with individual WordPress accounts. User pages can show registration submissions in a table, and administrators can suspend or reactivate users. Create roles and connect them with registration and login systems; the built-in manager also supports paid user roles. Map registration fields to existing WordPress user-meta keys or create new keys from the form dashboard.
Configure Premium controls and integrations
A global override is available for the device-based form submission limit. Administrators can manage this setting through individual form options and global security controls. Premium also supports IP filters and two-factor authentication.
For newsletter workflows, RegistrationMagic integrates with MailPoet and Newsletter so users can be subscribed to a list during registration. WooCommerce integration lets you use a RegistrationMagic form as the default user registration form for shop registration and guest checkout. When MagicPopup is enabled, the cart can appear in one of its panels, with cart contents updated in real time.
Check form activity in the dashboard
After installing RegistrationMagic in WordPress, use the form builder or library to create a workflow. Configure fields, publishing, user roles, payments, security, and submission management in the administration area. Form dashboards display tracked submissions and activity, with filters to narrow the records for review. The Starter Guide can help you organize forms and front-end registration pages.
