Organize recipes and track reader response
The Recipe Index Block creates a searchable catalog for a recipe library. Recipe Roundups let you curate themed collections, such as seasonal menus, baking selections, or recipes built around an ingredient.
Ratings Analytics reports rating distribution, activity over time, and top-rated recipes. These details can help site owners understand how readers respond to recipes and identify content with stronger engagement.
Help readers use and review recipes
Adjustable Servings scales ingredient quantities in real time. Unit Conversion lets readers switch between US and metric measurements with one click, so they can adapt quantities and units while following a recipe.
The Rating Modal and Written Reviews capability lets readers submit written feedback alongside a rating. Authors can use the Equipment Block to list tools needed for a dish. An Image Gallery and Lightbox in Directions can provide visual guidance for recipe steps.
Choose recipe presentation and sharing options
Recipe cards have five styles, compared with three in the free version, along with four color schemes and unlimited custom colors. Food Labels add recipe presentation details, and Print Preview enables custom credit text on printed copies.
Social calls to action can direct readers to Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Advanced Pinterest Settings let you control the custom Pin image and description. The Grow.me Save Recipe Button includes another way for visitors to save recipes. WooCommerce Integration connects recipe content with WooCommerce, while Recipe Submissions lets websites accept recipes from customers.
WordPress compatibility and structured data
The extension provides Schema.org structured data in JSON-LD and an inline structured data validator. It supports Gutenberg, Elementor, AMP, WPML, recipe shortcodes, and any theme. It is described as GDPR-compliant, does not integrate Google Fonts, and does not collect information outside the WordPress installation.
Install and configure the recipe blocks
Install Recipe Card Blocks PRO in WordPress, then open the block editor or Elementor. Add a recipe card and enter its details, ingredients, directions, and nutrition information, along with optional equipment or media. Use the PRO settings to configure styles, colors, indexes, roundups, reviews, submissions, serving controls, and measurement conversion.
If recipe blocks are not visible, check whether the Classic Editor plugin has disabled the new block editor. The blocks work only with the new editor.
