Set product order for each store display

Rearrange Products for WooCommerce Pro lets you control which products appear first on the main Shop page and in category and sub-category shows. Arrange products one at a time, or select several and move them together. Custom arrangements also work in product displays that use WooCommerce shortcodes. WooCommerce must be installed and activated, and no coding knowledge is required.

Choose a manual arrangement or a sorting rule

Manual ordering gives you control over a specific sequence. When a whole catalog or category needs a quick arrangement, Smart Sort applies one selected method in a single action.

• Price from low to high or high to low
• In-stock products first
• Latest or oldest products
• Products on sale
• Shuffle for a randomized display

For example, you can use a rule to move available items, new arrivals, or sale products into a preferred position.

Save and reuse arrangements

Save an arrangement as a named preset with a description, then apply it with one click when you want to change the display. Duplicate a preset to make a variation, or search and filter presets to find one. Presets work with global and category-specific arrangements, so you can prepare layouts for seasonal changes, promotions, or various product orders.

Transfer layouts with JSON files

Export global, category-specific, or preset arrangements as JSON files. When you import an arrangement on another website, products are matched by SKU for cross-site compatibility. Import reports list matched, skipped, and total products. Files up to 10MB are supported.

This can help when moving product orders to a staging environment or another site, or when sharing arrangements with a team.

Install and apply an arrangement

1. Install and activate WooCommerce.
2. Install and activate Rearrange Products for WooCommerce Pro.
3. Open the product-ordering controls and arrange products manually, use Smart Sort, or make a preset.
4. Apply the arrangement to the shop or relevant category, then review the display.

If custom ordering does not appear on the Shop page, set WooCommerce Product Catalogue’s Default Product Sorting to Default sorting (custom ordering + name). Page builders may use their own product-query settings. If changes do not save for a large catalog, server limits such as memory_limit and max_execution_time may need attention from your hosting provider.

Deactivating the add-on turns off saved rearrangements until you reactivate it. Deleting or uninstalling the extension permanently removes those arrangements.
