Extend WooCommerce invoicing workflows

Számlázz.hu integráció WooCommerce-hez PRO adds advanced invoicing and document-handling capabilities to a WooCommerce shop. It is intended for stores that need to create Számlázz.hu documents from orders, manage them in bulk, and automate actions according to order status or defined conditions.

The PRO version is available from €30 per year. The source information states that its license can be activated on one site for one year and includes email support for setup, customization, and configuration.

Automate document creation

PRO can automatically create invoices and other supported documents according to WooCommerce order status and configured conditions. Available document types include invoices, pro forma invoices, advance invoices, delivery notes, and cancellation invoices. This helps reduce repetitive administration when orders move through a regular processing workflow.

The add-on can also attach invoice notifications to WooCommerce emails. This provides an alternative to relying on a separate Számlázz.hu invoice notification email, allowing the document notification to be included with the store’s own email messages.

Handle payments and bank transfers

With Számlázz.hu Autokassza, the store can receive information about whether a pro forma invoice has been paid. Based on that information, the related invoice can be marked as completed automatically. You can also configure which payment methods should create an invoice that is already marked as paid.

These settings are useful for stores that want order and invoicing actions to follow their payment workflow more closely instead of requiring every document to be processed manually.

Use flexible tax and document settings

• Apply special VAT rates based on configured conditions and products, including EUKT, EUT, and EUFADE.
• Override the prefix and bank account information shown on invoices under defined conditions.
• Set payment deadlines and notes on invoices.
• Include shipping and coupon values on invoices, with coupons appearing as negative entries.
• Choose paper or electronic invoice settings.
• Modify VAT rate settings and invoice number prefixes.

For international sales, the invoice language can be changed and the current MNB exchange rate can be displayed. The extension is also compatible with WPML and Polylang.

Manage documents from WooCommerce

Generated documents are stored with the order data, and the generated file is also downloaded to the website using a random filename in the wp-content/uploads/wc_szamlazz directory. PDF files can be downloaded from the Orders table through the available actions or an optional Számlázz.hu column.

Bulk actions allow administrators to create, download, or print documents for multiple orders. Order notes record when a document was created and which document type was generated. The billing fields also support a tax number field that is validated, stored, and shown in customer emails and order data.

Electronic receipts and setup

For electronic products, tickets, or downloadable content, the plugin can create an electronic receipt without requiring the customer’s billing address; the customer’s email address is sufficient according to the supplied product information.

To begin, install and activate the plugin, connect it with the relevant Számlázz.hu settings, and configure document, payment, email, tax, and language options. Then test the workflow with an order before enabling automatic document creation or bulk processing for regular store operations.
