Flexible Checkout Fields PRO lets you tailor the classic WooCommerce checkout form rendered by the shortcode. Edit billing and shipping fields, add custom fields, and arrange their order. Change labels and placeholders, hide fields, set them as required or optional, enable validation, and assign CSS classes for styling.

Collect the details your checkout needs

Alongside standard field types such as text, number, email, phone, checkbox and color, PRO adds multi-checkbox, choose, multi-select, radio, radio with images or colors, date, time, file upload and hidden fields. Use them for customer selections, delivery details, dates, uploads or other order information.

Choose where field information appears, including the Thank You page, My Account address or order views, and emails. Display and formatting options vary by field and location.

Place fields in checkout sections

PRO lets you add custom sections around customer details, billing and shipping forms, registration, order notes, payment, order review and submission. Choose a section, then manage and reorder its fields without custom coding.

Set rules for when fields appear

For each field, conditional logic can display it, hide it, make it required or take no action when the configured conditions apply. Conditions can use shipping or payment methods, products or categories in the cart, cart value, other checkout fields, user role or a selected date. You can combine OR conditions within one or more AND condition groups.

For example, show a field for selected products, or make a VAT field required when a customer selects a company option or meets a specified country condition.

Configure field pricing

PRO can attach pricing to custom checkout fields. Available pricing options include a fixed amount and percentages of the subtotal, with or without VAT, or the total. Related checkout options include VAT ID collection, phone validation and price per date.

Install and open the options

1. Upload the plugin through the WordPress Plugins menu and activate it.
2. In the dashboard, open WooCommerce > Checkout Fields.
3. Select a checkout section, then add, edit, hide, show or reorder its fields.
4. Use the PRO settings to configure custom sections, advanced field types, conditions, pricing and other checkout options.

Flexible Checkout Fields PRO is designed for the classic WooCommerce checkout form based on the shortcode. Stores using the block-based Checkout Blocks need the dedicated Flexible Checkout Fields For Blocks plugin.
