Flat Rate Shipping Plugin Pro lets WooCommerce stores define multiple shipping methods and the conditions that determine when each method appears and how its cost is calculated. It suits stores whose shipping charges vary by destination, merchandise, customer, or order details.

Set conditions for each shipping method

Location rules can use countries, states, postcodes, and shipping zones. Product rules can target simple or variable products, categories, tags, SKUs, attributes, and shipping classes. Other conditions include visitors and user roles, payment methods such as PayPal or Stripe, coupons, cart quantity, cart weight, and subtotal before or after discounts. Multiple conditions can be combined to specify when a method applies.

Set minimum or maximum values for product quantity, subtotal, and weight; category quantity, subtotal, and weight; cart quantity, weight, and subtotal; and shipping-class subtotal. Schedule methods by start and end dates, day of the week, and time. Free shipping rules can use minimum order or coupon order amounts.

Cost rules and dynamic values

Methods can use fixed, percentage-based, or custom flat-rate costs. Charges can be calculated per cart quantity or per product quantity. The [QTY] parameter multiplies a charge by the total number of entries in the cart. Percentage fees use the cart subtotal and can have a minimum or maximum charge. Positive or negative amounts let a rule add or deduct shipping costs.

Choose how matching methods apply

Shipping methods can appear as radio buttons or a dropdown. Set a default method, show methods only to logged-in users, add tooltip descriptions, and enable or disable shipping tax calculations. When multiple methods match, settings can let clients choose, apply the smallest or highest cost, or force all applicable methods and sum their charges. The add-on also supports logging, and lets you import or export shipping zones and methods, delete existing methods, and clone configured table-rate methods.

Configure and review checkout

In the shipping settings, make a method and select the locations, products, quantities, weights, users, or order values that should control it. Set the cost calculation and any limits or schedule, choose how the method appears, then review the checkout behavior before making it available to customers.
