Real Testimonials Pro collects customer testimonials through WordPress forms and presents selected feedback in responsive sliders, carousels, grids, and other showcases. Use the workflow for service feedback, customer stories, product experiences, or other public reviews.

Prepare forms and notifications

Use the drag-and-drop form builder to select the fields users complete. Place a form directly on a page or show it in a popup or lightbox. Google reCAPTCHA support helps protect forms from automated bot submissions.

Configure email notifications for the stages you need: thank-you emails for reviewers, new testimonial notices for administrators, and publication notices for reviewers. A front-end form can also let customers record and submit video testimonials. Once submitted, videos can play inline or in a lightbox.

Review submissions before publishing

Check incoming testimonials and publish selected feedback in a showcase. Written reviews, star ratings, pictures, and video testimonials can be arranged for different pages and audiences.

Set up each showcase

Choose from ready layouts and themes, then adjust columns, rows, spacing, navigation, pagination, autoplay, slider speed, adaptive height, and touch or mouse interaction. Choose which components to display, including the section title, testimonial title or tagline, review message, reviewer name and position or identity, picture, and star rating.

Advanced image options support retina-ready images with custom borders, backgrounds, styling, and display modes. You can place multiple testimonial sliders or showcases on one page, each with its own options.

Install and configure the WordPress workflow

Install the extension, create forms and showcases, and configure fields, display methods, review protection, and notifications. After reviewing submissions, select a layout and tune its settings for the page. Existing testimonials from the free version can be used after upgrading to Pro.

The add-on is translation-ready and works with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery Page Builder, Beaver Builder, Bricks Builder, and Oxygen Builder. It also includes options for Schema.org-compliant JSON-LD markup for testimonials.
