Set up accommodation bookings in WordPress

For hotels, bed and breakfasts, villas, apartments, hostels, and similar accommodation businesses, Vik Booking Pro extends the VikBooking Hotel Booking Engine and PMS inside WordPress. Reservation and property management tools are available in the WordPress administration area, while visitors use a customizable, self-hosted booking process.

Start by defining rooms, room types, listings, and sub-units. The system also includes availability and pricing calendars, an occupancy overview, and custom rate plans for refundable, flexible, or non-refundable conditions. Booking prices can use occupancy, nightly, length-of-stay, or other models. WordPress pages can display 12 front-end views through 12 shortcode types.

When rates or stay rules change

Seasonal rates and a rates calendar support one-click price modifications. Booking restrictions include minimum and maximum lengths of stay, closed-to-arrival and closed-to-departure rules, and required arrival or departure weekdays. Extra services and extra fees are also supported.

During reservation operations

Users can add, remove, or switch rooms in existing bookings, manage customers, and work with sales channels and commissions. Housekeeping tools include tableaux, festivities, and room-day notes. Guest registration and reporting cover check-in, check-out, and no-display records.

Payments, notifications, and reports

More than 60 custom payment gateways are available. SMS gateways support automated notifications, and custom cron job scheduling can automate tasks such as reminders and invoices. Graphs and statistics provide views of booking activity.

PMS reports use an extendable framework with built-in services for various countries. The electronic invoicing framework includes compliance support for Italy through Agenzia delle Entrate and Greece through myDATA AADE.

Channel connections and administration

Vik Booking Pro is compatible with Vik Channel Manager. Full API connections are described for Airbnb, Expedia, and Google Hotel Free Booking Links. It is also described as Google Hotel Ads certified for Free Booking Links. WhatsApp Business messaging with AI support is available when Vik Channel Manager is required.

Permissions and ACL management help control functions for various WordPress user roles. Built-in translation functions support multilingual administration and booking processes. The back end includes the PMS section, and the front-end booking process is customizable.
