Visibility Logic Pro for Elementor
Visibility Logic Pro applies display conditions to Elementor widgets, sections, and containers, so you can control who sees content and in what circumstances without writing code. Configure rules alongside the content they affect. Examples include member-only sections, timed sale or event content, pages personalized with stored data, device-specific layouts, and region-specific information.

Use visitor data and page context
The Pro edition includes conditions for language, URL parameters, visitor location, dynamic data, ecommerce activity, post context, archives, IP addresses, and referrers. Language conditions support WPML, Polylang, and TranslatePress. URL parameter conditions support repeaters and nine operators. MaxMind geolocation detects a visitor’s country. Dynamic Conditions can use Elementor Pro Dynamic Tags as visibility conditions.
- Commerce: WooCommerce rules can use order history, active subscriptions, or customer status. Easy Digital Downloads rules support purchase history and subscription status.
- ACF: Advanced conditions cover repeater fields, options pages, term meta, user fields, and specific post or user sources. Combine them with AND/OR logic and choose from 17 operators.
- User meta: Combine multiple user meta conditions with AND/OR logic.
- Content context: Target post types, specific pages, taxonomy terms, post type archives, and taxonomy archives. WordPress conditional tags are also available as visibility conditions.
- IP and referrer: Set conditions based on a visitor’s IP address or referral source.
Choose what happens when a rule hides content
Hidden elements are removed from the HTML by default. Enable Keep HTML / Hide by CSS to retain their markup. The Pro edition can display fallback content in place of a hidden element, using a custom text message or an Elementor template. Hide When Empty hides a parent section or container when visibility conditions have hidden all its child widgets.
The plugin works with Elementor Flexbox containers, classic sections, nested containers, and widgets. Copy and paste visibility settings between widgets or sections to reuse a configuration.
Configure a visibility rule
- Install the add-on, then edit a page with Elementor.
- Select a widget, section, or container. Open the Visibility tab, or go to Advanced > Visibility Control.
- Enable Visibility Logic, choose a condition, configure its rule, and save the page.
The element is then shown or hidden on the live site according to the configured settings. Conditions run server-side during page rendering. For pages with user-specific conditions and a full-page caching plugin, exclude those pages from the cache or use Keep HTML / Hide by CSS with client-side cache.
