Coming soon and Maintenance mode Pro adds presentation and page controls to the Coming soon and Maintenance mode add-on. While maintenance mode is active, logged-out users see the temporary page and logged-in customers can access the site. Add a logo, title, message, countdown, or progress bar to explain the work in progress.

Choose a background and arrange content

Use a background color or picture, a background slider, or a YouTube video. YouTube backgrounds are unavailable on mobile devices; enter the video ID in the setting rather than the full video URL. You can mute or unmute the video.

Position the logo, title, message, and content, then adjust their colors, fonts, spacing, and dimensions. The content area has controls for its background color, transparency, border radius, maximum width, padding, and margin. Reorder page elements with drag and drop. Choose from 31 built-in fonts and apply any of 39 animation effects, with a configurable wait time.

Set countdown and progress behavior

Choose a button, circle, or vertical slider countdown and set its position, colors, size, border, and typography. When the countdown expires, you can conceal it or disable the under-construction page. A progress bar can show a selected percentage; configure its width, position, loading color, border, and radius.

Configure subscriptions and social buttons

Customize the subscribe form's labels, position, spacing, typography, input and button colors, borders, and messages shown after submission. The Pro edition can send email notifications to subscribed users, and the Subscribers page lets you view and manage email addresses.

Set social button links and upload your own button pictures. Adjust their position, dimensions, and spacing, and choose whether social sites open in a new window. You can also set a favicon and tailor the admin link.

Choose where maintenance mode applies

Exclude specific pages and posts from the under-construction display, or disable the plugin for selected IP addresses. Settings also include search-robot visibility, meta keywords, and a meta description.

Install and configure

Upload the plugin's ZIP file in WordPress without extracting it, then install and activate the plugin. Open its settings to choose a background and configure the page elements, countdown, subscription form, and visibility settings.
