Salon Booking System PRO adds payment and scheduling options to appointment booking on a WordPress site. Clients pick a date, service and stylist; the business manages staff schedules, service assignments, reservations, notifications and customer entries. You can adjust the booking form’s step order, colors and fields, and create direct booking links.

How service rules fit staff schedules

Set weekly timetables and holidays, assign services to particular assistants, and define service durations, processing breaks, conditional secondary services and exclusive services. The back-end calendar has monthly, weekly, daily and assistant views. Staff can add or edit reservations from the daily view and block time slots when needed.

Payment and scheduling options in PRO

Online payments through Stripe or PayPal are supported by default. Payment options include deposits, tips, tax calculation, a minimum order and transaction fees. Service prices can depend on the selected assistant, and services can have variable durations.

Customer notifications and calendar sync

Email notifications can cover new reservations, selected assistants, reminders, follow-ups and review invitations. Custom email messages and logos are configurable, and SMS notifications are available for supported booking events. Google Calendar synchronization keeps reservations in sync, including additions or cancellations made from the calendar.

Add-ons and connected services

PRO provides access to a collection of add-ons. Listed options include Multi-Shops for multiple branches, WooCommerce Checkout, Services Packages, Communicator, SOAP Notes, Geo Referencing Shops and Geo Referencing Assistants. Mailchimp and Zapier integrations are also listed, along with additional payment and SMS provider add-ons. Check the availability of each extension or provider for the intended setup.

Installation and setup

Install the plugin in WordPress and activate it. Then configure the booking page, services, assistants, schedules, notifications and style settings. Enable the PRO features you need and connect any selected payment, SMS, calendar or other integration. Test the front-end booking flow, including confirmation, reminders, payment and staff-management steps, before inviting clients to book.
