Kali Forms Pro extends the Kali Forms drag-and-drop WordPress builder with templates and controls for contact, payment, feedback, booking, application, registration, and other data-collection forms. Start with a blank form or adapt a template. Forms are mobile responsive and designed for phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.

Choose a starting point

Pro includes 13 additional templates:

• Job application, gym membership application, and gaming tournament registration.
• Appointment, reservation, simple booking, and simple booking with payment.
• Customer feedback, request quote, donation, art contest, GDPR-friendly contact, and running calculator.

The GDPR-friendly contact template includes a checkbox for agreement to your site's terms or privacy policy. The running calculator handles pace, time, and distance. Donation and simple booking with payment forms use PayPal. In the simple booking template, previously selected dates are automatically disabled in the calendar to help avoid overlapping bookings. The request quote template is an example for gardening services; the reservation template is an example for a hotel.

Set up form behavior

Use conditional logic to control form behavior, or divide a form across multiple pages. An add-on provides partial entries and submission handling. Adjust the template fields and options to fit the task.

Review spam protection settings

Kali Forms supports a spam honeypot, Google reCAPTCHA, and Cloudflare Turnstile. When reCAPTCHA or Turnstile is enabled, a submission sends its response token and your website's secret key to that service for verification. Review the relevant provider settings before accepting submissions.
