Turn Instagram posts into WordPress content

Intagrate Pro connects professional Instagram accounts to WordPress and can create content from Instagram media. When you publish a new photo, it can use the Instagram caption as the WordPress post title and place the image in the post content, so you can republish photos without embedding each one manually. Instagram API changes mean that only Creator and Business accounts can connect.

Choose which accounts and media to publish

Connect multiple Instagram accounts and apply the same publishing configuration to each or set them up separately. Intagrate Pro also gives you access to the account’s complete Instagram media history.

Use the moderation page to choose which images are posted. Hashtag filters can include media with selected hashtags, check multiple hashtags, or exclude images with certain hashtags. Hashtags can also become WordPress tags or terms in another custom taxonomy.

Set how images and videos appear

Publish Instagram images and videos to WordPress, save imported media in the WordPress Media Library, and set an imported image as its post’s featured image. Videos can appear in a responsive HTML5 player. The add-on also works with Instagram posts that contain multiple images and videos.

Configure the WordPress content

Choose posts, pages, or custom post types, then set the category, post format, and author. Templates let you add custom text and place Instagram details with tags such as %%title%% and %%image%%. Intagrate Pro includes additional template tags and lets you limit the caption length used for a title.

Connect an account and set publishing rules

Install Intagrate Pro on your WordPress site, then connect a professional Instagram account from the add-on’s settings. Configure titles, content, media handling, taxonomy, moderation, and publishing settings. After setup, publish Instagram photos or videos and review the resulting WordPress content against your selected rules.
