YayCurrency Pro adds multi-currency pricing and switching to WooCommerce stores serving customers in various regions. Automatic exchange rates and country-based settings can display converted prices. Shoppers can also choose a currency themselves. Depending on your settings, prices appear in the selected currency on product pages and at checkout, and orders use that currency.

Place the switcher and format prices

Display the currency switcher above the Add to cart button on product pages, in product-related popups such as Quickview and filters, or in available widget locations. Use the [yaycurrency-switcher] shortcode to add it elsewhere in the store.

Choose whether to display country flags, currency symbols, currency codes, or combinations of these. Set thousand and decimal separators, spacing, and rounding. Conversion margins or percentage-based payment fees can be configured for currency pairs to account for charges from a bank, payment processor, or money transfer operator.

Configure conversion and checkout rules

Round converted prices to selected thresholds and use endings such as 00, .49, .79, or .99. Real-time converted prices can appear across the store and at checkout, with the order currency following the shopper's selection and your settings.

• Choose which payment methods are available for each currency, such as PayPal for USD and bank transfer for EUR.
• In the Pro feature set, assign a required currency to a payment gateway. Checkout can also reload when the currency changes.

Use country detection and additional currencies

The premium feature set works with unlimited currencies, including currency units from around the world and Bitcoin (BTC). GeoIP services can detect a customer's IP address and display prices in the corresponding local currency, while manual currency selection remains available.

Review sales and compatibility

Filter WooCommerce order reports by currency to review total sales, orders, leaderboards, and top products sold in each currency. YayCurrency is described as compatible with cache plugins and more than 50 popular WooCommerce add-ons, including selected subscription, pricing, shipping, product options, checkout, payment, and page-building extensions.

Set up and check converted prices

Install and activate YayCurrency, then open YayCommerce > YayCurrency in the WordPress admin area. Configure currencies, exchange settings, formatting, fees, rounding, switcher placement, and checkout options. Add the switcher to the desired store locations and save your settings. Use the available test calculations to check converted prices before presenting them to customers.
