Extend WooCommerce email layouts with add-on data

YayMail Pro adds support for data from compatible third-party add-ons to the visual WooCommerce email editor. Arrange email content as blocks with drag-and-drop controls, then edit the header, body, footer, signature, social follow module and other sections. The workflow is similar to using Gutenberg or Elementor, and does not rely on theme-code changes.

Add a custom logo, brand colours, typography, social icons, images and other media. Premade patterns and blocks provide starting layouts, and individual components can be duplicated with one click. Templates can also be styled globally or individually with custom CSS.

YayMail's free version customizes 11 default WooCommerce email templates. Pro adds support for plugin-related hooks, tables, custom fields, attributes, email meta fields and other variables in transactional emails.

Preview messages with order data

The editor shows changes in real time and offers desktop and mobile views. Its WooCommerce previewer shows a mock order email or lets you select an existing order to see the email with that order's data. Send a test email with one click to review the styling before using it.

Import or export email templates to reuse them or move them between sites.

Personalize content with shortcodes

Shortcodes and placeholders can add order details, customer details, billing and shipping information, payment information, new-visitor information and additional order metadata. Pro also supports data from compatible extensions, including:

• Shipment Tracking by WooCommerce and Checkout Field Editor by WooCommerce
• Order Status Manager by SkyVerge, Advanced Shipment Tracking by Zorem and YITH WooCommerce Order Tracking
• Flexible Checkout Fields by WPDesk, Custom Order Status by TycheSoftwares, Checkout Field Editor by ThemeHigh and WooCommerce Show Attributes
• Back In Stock Notifier, WooCommerce Waitlist Pro and Pagar.me for WooCommerce
• WPML, WooCommerce Multilingual, Polylang, TranslatePress, Loco Translate, Weglot and GTranslate

Choose separate addons for more integrations

YayMail Premium Addons are separate plugins used alongside YayMail. The supplied product information describes visual email designer integrations for more than 80 third-party WooCommerce plugins through these addons.

Conditional Logic is a Premium-only capability. It adds email blocks based on conditions, such as showing related or recommended products, loyalty rewards for specific customers, or custom content for a product.

Set up an email template

Add YayMail Pro to your WooCommerce site, open the YayMail editor and select the email template to tailor. Arrange blocks, add branding and shortcodes, preview the design with sample or existing order data, then send a test email. To replace an existing WooCommerce email design, enable the relevant template in YayMail's dropdown, such as Completed order.

For a Premium Addon integration, add the required addon alongside YayMail and configure the supported integration or conditions needed for the email content.
