iConvert Promoter Pro helps WordPress site owners build popups and inline campaigns for promotions, signup messages, announcements, and other user-facing content. Start with a predefined template or arrange a design in the drag-and-drop editor without coding. Campaigns can support email-list growth and encourage conversions.

Choose a campaign format and design

Available formats include simple popups, lightboxes, slide-ins, floating bars, inline bars, and fullscreen campaigns. The editor provides controls for layout, spacing, borders, shadows, transitions, and other visual details. Templates offer a starting point, and mobile-friendly designs adapt to various device sizes. You can create unlimited popups for different pages, audiences, and promotions.

Set the show trigger and audience rules

Standard triggers include page load, click actions, inactivity, scroll percentage, scrolling to a selected element, manual opening, and preview. Pro adds more specific conditions for campaign timing and visitor context:

• Countdown popups and exit intent: Set up time-sensitive shows or show a message as users are about to leave.
• Advanced scroll percentage: Use more precise scroll behavior as a display condition.
• Time-based rules: Target visitors after a selected time on a page or across the site.
• Location-based targeting: Personalize campaigns according to a visitor’s physical location.
• Cart-based triggers: Set conditions using the number of cart items, total cart amount, specific products in the cart, or products absent from the cart.
• Behavioral targeting: Show a campaign after a page has been viewed a selected number of times, or distinguish new from returning visitors using session-based targeting.

Contacts management is included for organizing segmented email lists associated with list-building campaigns.

Create and review a campaign

Install the iConvert Promoter plugin through the WordPress administration area and open its settings or campaign interface. Select a popup type or template, personalize the design, then pick a trigger and any relevant Pro targeting conditions. Review the result before using it on your site, and repeat the process for additional campaigns.
