Album Gallery Pro and Album Gallery Premium are paid editions of Album Gallery for Photo & Video. They group uploaded images, YouTube or Vimeo videos added by URL, or both into WordPress albums. Visitors browse each album in a responsive grid and can open media in a lightbox.

Create and place an album

1. In the WordPress dashboard, open Plugins > Add New, search for Album Gallery, then install and activate the add-on.
2. Open Album Gallery in the admin menu and select Add New to create an album.
3. Upload images or paste YouTube or Vimeo video URLs. Set a cover picture, then choose the column layout and hover style.
4. Publish the album and place it on a page or post with its shortcode. You can also insert it using the Gutenberg block or Elementor Page Builder widget.

Arrange photos and videos

The grid adapts to desktop, tablet, and phone screens. Stack and overlay effects change how cover images appear on hover. Pulse and fade animations can execute as content loads, while skeleton loaders display during loading. Albums can hold images, videos, or a mix of both.

Paid browsing settings

• Use a global shortcode to display all albums on one page with pagination.
• Load more albums with AJAX, using infinite scrolling or a button.
• Open media in the Pro lightbox with zoom, full-screen viewing, and social sharing buttons. The local lightbox also supports touch navigation for image browsing.
• Give each image a unique direct link.
• Group media into filterable categories, then use category shortcodes to display selected categories on individual pages.

The add-on loads its styles and scripts from your site's server and does not use external tracking.
