Gutena Forms Pro is the paid edition of a WordPress form builder for contact, survey, feedback, booking, appointment, enquiry, and custom forms. Create forms in the block editor from a template or arrange fields with drag-and-drop controls. Forms are responsive, and the add-on uses no jQuery.

Build a form for the information you need

Adjust colors, borders, corner radius, typography, padding, margins, field widths, and layout in the editor. Add unlimited core blocks inside a form for extra content or structure. Standard fields include text, number, range, text area, email, dropdown, radio, checkbox, and an opt-in checkbox for privacy or terms consent.

Gutena Forms Pro adds file uploads, date and time pickers, star ratings, phone fields with validation, country and state selectors, URL fields, hidden fields, and masked password fields. For longer forms, use Step Break fields to divide the form into steps, with step titles, progress indicators, and Next and Back navigation.

Review and organize submissions

Form submissions can be stored as database entries and reviewed in the entry management dashboard. Filters help locate entries; tags, status management, and entry notes support follow-up workflows. User access control lets you define who can access form data. The Pro edition also includes a weekly form report for monitoring submissions over time.

Notifications, integrations, and controls

Configure email notifications, custom confirmation messages, redirects, and error messages. The broader Gutena Forms feature set includes field validation, Google reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, and honeypot spam protection. Premium integrations include Brevo, Mailchimp, and Active Campaign. Google Sheet and Zapier integrations are listed as coming soon.

The feature list also includes Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration for compatible AI clients to read form lists, submissions, and entry details. The documented MCP access is read-only and restricted to WordPress administrators with the manage_options permission; it uses WordPress Application Passwords.

Set up the process

Install Gutena Forms Pro through the WordPress plugin installation workflow. In the block editor, select a template or insert the form block, arrange fields and core blocks, and adjust the layout. Configure notifications and confirmation behavior, then manage submitted entries with the dashboard tools. The paid edition includes priority support.
