Records and filters
Export types include products, categories, tags, brands, orders, customers, visitors, coupons, subscriptions, product vendors, bookings, commissions, shipping classes, and attributes. Availability can depend on the edition and supported integrations.
- Filter products by category, tag, status, type or variation, stock status or quantity, featured status, and modified date.
- Filter orders by date. Pro includes filters for order status, customer, billing or shipping country, product, category, tag, brand, order ID, invoice number, payment gateway, shipping method, and coupon code.
- Pro also adds customer filters by order status or user role.
Formats, schedules, and destinations
Paid editions add scheduled exports and templates. Pro also includes native export integrations with more than 125 WooCommerce add-ons, covering extensions for areas such as SEO data, product feeds, add-ons, checkout fields, shipping, invoices, subscriptions, vendors, and currency switching.
Depending on the selected export and edition, files can use CSV, TSV, Excel 2007 XLS, Excel 2013 XLSX, XML, or RSS. Available destinations include WordPress Media, email, a fixed filename, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, and remote POST. The plugin also supports external CRON, WP-CLI, WordPress Multisite, and WPML.
