Choose the form’s job

Formidable Pro is a paid, drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress. Use it for contact, payment, survey, quiz, registration, and calculator forms, or build data-driven applications from submitted information. Start with a straightforward enquiry form, then add steps, calculations, or fields that respond to a visitor’s selections as the process requires.

Begin with one of more than 300 templates, create a form from scratch, or describe the form you need to the AI form builder. Forms adapt to desktop, tablet, and phone screens.

Guide submissions and work with entries

Conditional logic shows or hides fields according to a visitor’s answers. Multi-page forms divide longer submissions into steps, while file uploads collect documents and repeater fields gather multiple sets of related information in one submission. Cascading dropdowns can change the choices shown after an earlier selection. Save-and-continue and digital signature fields are also available.

Front-end editing lets form data be updated from the front end of a WordPress website. Submissions are stored in the WordPress database and can be reviewed in the builder back end or exported to CSV. Formidable Views can display submitted data as directories, listings, job boards, calendars, and timelines.

Calculate, collect payments, and assess

Calculated fields can power quote forms, price calculators, and other form-based calculations. Stripe and PayPal integrations support payment forms, and email subscription forms collect subscription-related information.

Survey and poll forms can use Net Promoter Score fields, Likert scales, star ratings, and picture choices. Display results with graphs and charts on WordPress pages and posts. For assessments and engagement, quiz forms support grading. The same builder can also create registration forms and other structured data-collection tools.

Style and publish

The visual style creator adjusts colors, fonts, layouts, and field styles to match a website without custom CSS. After styling a form, publish it on a WordPress page or post and review submitted entries from the back end.
