Entries from supported builders share a dashboard

Form Vibes Pro automatically saves submissions from supported WordPress form builders to the WordPress database without required configuration. If a notification email fails or is filtered as spam, the saved entry remains available in the dashboard.

Supported builders include Contact Form 7, Elementor Pro Forms, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, WS Form, Bricks Builder Forms, Beaver Builder Forms, and Everest Forms. Their entries appear in one sortable table, so you can review submissions across these systems from a shared interface.

Filter the list by date or field values

Date range filters cover a day, week, month, or custom period. Advanced filters search submitted field values using multiple conditions and logic, helping you narrow the list for a particular review.

Record follow-up and changes

Pro tools let you edit entry values inline, add internal team notes, and mark entries as Read, Unread, or Spam. The Event Log records edits and exports with a timestamp and username.

Sync submissions or reuse export options

Google Sheets integration automatically syncs submissions from supported forms. Automatic column mapping and worksheet creation carry the entries into a spreadsheet workflow.

Export Profiles save a form, date range, filters, and selected columns for reuse with one click. Pro removes the free version’s 1,000-entry export limit. Saved configurations can support recurring reports and filtered data transfers.

Choose displayed fields and manage roles

Front-end display lets you choose which submission fields appear on your site. The Role Manager controls which visitor roles can view, edit, or export entries in the dashboard.

Install and start reviewing

Install and activate Form Vibes Pro in WordPress. It begins capturing submissions from supported builders automatically, with no required setup. Open the Form Vibes menu in the dashboard to review entries, configure available options, connect Google Sheets, make export profiles, and manage Pro features.
