Create and embed WordPress forms

FormCraft Premium is a drag-and-drop WYSIWYG builder for creating and managing WordPress forms. Use it for contact, support, application or order forms, quizzes, and other workflows. Forms are responsive by default and can be added to a page with a shortcode. Submissions use AJAX, so the page does not need to refresh. Front-end and back-end validation are available, the builder is translation-ready, and submission data is stored on your server.

Choose fields and configure form behavior

Premium includes more than 20 form fields, including star ratings, sliders, and matrix fields. Conditional logic can change a form based on user input, while math logic works with order forms and quizzes. Forms can save progress automatically and accept multiple file uploads. Add-on options include multi-page forms, user registration, and form-to-post workflows.

Select a display and set up follow-up

Alongside shortcode embedding, forms can appear as popups, fly-ins, or sticky-button forms. FormCraft can email submission notifications to multiple recipients. Customized auto-responders can send users a tailored response after submission. Available service integrations include MailChimp, GetResponse, Campaign Monitor, and Aweber. For checkout workflows, Premium supports one-click checkout through Stripe.

Manage submissions and templates

Export submissions to CSV or spreadsheet format, and review form analytics in the WordPress dashboard. You can also export and import form templates or choose from the online template gallery.

Build and publish a form

Install FormCraft Premium through the WordPress add-on installation workflow, then use the editor to add fields and adjust the form’s appearance. Configure validation and logic, and add uploads, notifications, auto-responders, integrations, or add-ons as needed. Publish the form with a shortcode or choose a popup, fly-in, or sticky-button display.
