Visitors can see a countdown before a meeting starts and join through a browser or the Zoom app. A Zoom account is required, and its plan determines how many hosts and users you can add.

Webinars fit virtual lectures, seminars, and presentations for larger audiences. Create a webinar and add it to a WordPress page so visitors can find event access with the related information. Zoom performance and engagement reports provide information for reviewing session activity.

Google Meet and Microsoft Teams

The Google Meet integration works with planning calls, video lessons, meetings, and discussions in WordPress. You can create meetings and manage participants from the dashboard, then run planned sessions through your website. The Microsoft Teams integration supports creating, scheduling, and managing live video meetings, with options to start or join sessions from WordPress. These integrations can support online classes, consultations, business meetings, coaching, and community discussions.

Calendar utilities and optional add-ons

For calendar access, import a meeting file into iCal or copy meeting details to Google Calendar. Save the event and set a reminder if needed.
