Product Addons for WooCommerce Premium adds configurable option forms to WooCommerce product pages. Create a form with the drag-and-drop builder and assign it to a product. Customer entries appear in the website backend and with the order details.

Add fields to collect product specifications

Use text, number, radio, checkbox, choose, textarea, date, color, hidden, password, email, URL, and separator fields to gather details such as notes, engraving text, numbers, dates, and color choices. Date fields can use a custom date picker or the HTML5 default picker. Email and URL fields use HTML5 validation for their formats.

Paragraph and heading content can add instructions to a form. Paragraphs support basic HTML, including links and bold text, while heading content supports h1, h2, and h3 tags.

Connect product choices to pricing

Premium pricing options can add a fixed amount or a percentage of the product's base price. Custom formulas can use customer input, product quantity, and base price. Lookup tables can map input values to specific prices, and a supported Premium process can calculate pricing from product dimensions.

Show relevant choices and collect files

Conditional logic shows or hides fields according to values selected in other fields. Image selectors can offer single or multiple picture choices, while color groups present color boxes or circles. Forms can also include logos and images.

Upload fields collect images, videos, files, and other file types supported by WordPress. Upload options include drag-and-drop, AWS S3, and S3 Multipart or Tus uploads. Other Premium controls include multi-select fields, custom date and time pickers, a range slider, repeating fields, field-level quantity selectors, and dynamic SKU metadata. A Google Map place selector can suggest locations as customers type and let them select a location on a map using the Google Places API.

Arrange fields to make longer forms easier to follow

A two-column grid organizes fields on the product page. Premium layouts can also align fields in columns, divide forms into sections or accordions, and split longer forms into multiple steps with progress indicators. Help text can appear beside a field label or as a tooltip.

Assign the form and check product requirements

Create the form, configure its fields and rules, then assign it to the relevant product. Product option fields display only when the product is purchasable, has a price, and is in stock.
