Pro PDF Service for WordPress Publishing
In a Pro Print project, page references make a table of contents useful in a paginated document. Pro PDF Service adds this and other advanced PDF capabilities to Print My Blog’s Pro Print process. It is a paid subscription for projects that need page-level navigation and more control over printed layout.

Pro Print can also print projects or create PDFs through a web browser at no cost. Browser output may not support automatic page references, footnotes, or full control of page margins.
What the service adds to a PDF
- Add page references to the automatic table of contents, and replace links to included content with references to its pages.
- Convert hyperlinks to external content into footnotes.
- Move or resize images automatically to reduce whitespace and fit them more effectively on the page.
- Control page margins. Some designs also support Roman numeral numbering for front matter.
These features help readers navigate books, reports, manuals, white papers, course handouts, brochures, and other documents assembled from WordPress content.
Arrange content and select a design
Select existing posts and pages, write print-only materials, or combine both. Pro Print also works with most custom post types, including WooCommerce products. Search and filter by post type, status, category, tag, custom taxonomy, author, or publish date. Drag items into order, group them into parts, and add front matter or back matter.
Save project details such as the title, extra cover-page content, and categories. Choose from pre-built designs, then adjust the options available for the selected design or add custom CSS. You can also choose article templates, fonts, font sizes, page size, image quality, and maximum image size. Designers can create custom designs with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Prepare a project for its intended output
Install and activate Print My Blog, open Pro Print, select and arrange the project content, and set its design and layout. Review the project in the browser, then print it or create a PDF. Use the Pro PDF Service subscription when the PDF needs page references, external-link footnotes, automatic image fitting, or full page-margin control.
Projects can compile published website content, create a printed version of a blog, or include material written only for the print project. That makes the same workflow suitable for a book assembled from selected articles or a resource that should stay off the public website.
