Sync WordPress visitors and CRM contacts
When someone registers, Pro WP Fusion can create a CRM contact, map WordPress user data to custom CRM fields, and apply tags. You can import CRM contacts as WordPress users and generate passwords for them, or export WordPress users and their metadata to your CRM. Visitor activity tracking uses the connected CRM’s scripts when that CRM supports them.
The free WP Fusion Lite edition syncs registered users’ names and email addresses. It does not apply tags based on purchases or course activity, sync form entries or clients, or detect data generated by other plugins. Those integrations require a paid license and support for the add-on.
Manage access and personalize content
Set WordPress content access rules using CRM tags or lists, and show or conceal content according to a contact’s CRM data. CRM data can also be displayed in WordPress. For membership sites, timers and logic in the CRM can manage drip-released content, while CRM automations can trigger membership-level changes or course enrollments.
Connect supported add-on data
Paid licenses support integrations with WooCommerce, LearnDash, Gravity Forms, Elementor, and more than 100 other WordPress extensions. These integrations connect supported plugin data and activity with CRM workflows, such as store purchases, course activity, or form entries.
Setup
Install and activate the plugin, select your CRM in WP Fusion options, enter its API credentials, and connect. Then map fields and configure tags, lists, access rules, and supported plugin integrations. Test registration, import, export, and content access workflows before enabling them for website visitors.
