Configure cookie choices
CookieAdmin Pro extends CookieAdmin’s customizable WordPress consent banner. Visitors can accept all cookies, reject all, or select categories such as functional, analytics, and marketing. Administrators can adjust the banner’s appearance and organize cookies for these choices.
Scan cookies and control content
The advanced scanner can detect cookies set by JavaScript. Administrators can choose pages to scan, and automatic monthly scans can cover all website pages. Consent mode support includes Google Consent Mode v2 and Microsoft Clarity Consent Mode v2.
Content blocking can hold services such as YouTube, Vimeo, and Google Maps until users accept the cookies those services require.
Apply location and language settings
Geo targeting and user country detection let administrators configure location-aware consent rules. When subdomain consent sharing is enabled, user preferences are shared across subdomains. The consent experience supports 17 languages and includes Polylang and WPML support.
Manage privacy settings and records
Pro includes a “Do not sell my Information” option, Global Privacy Control (GPC), consent logs, and log export. CookieAdmin also lists support for GDPR, US state laws, and India’s DPDP Act 2023, including a Data Principal Request portal. Its accessibility claims include ADA, EAA, and WCAG compliance.
Show cookie details
Use [cookieadmin_render] to display all cookies in a table. To display selected categories, use [cookieadmin_render categories="functional, analytics, marketing"].
Install and review
Install and activate CookieAdmin Pro on the WordPress site, then open its administration settings. Customize the consent form and configure cookie categories and scanning. Select the Pro options needed for consent modes, content blocking, location rules, languages, logs, or privacy controls. Review the banner on the frontend, and add a shortcode where visitors should be able to view cookie details.
