Bulky Pro filters WooCommerce products before you edit selected fields in a table. The records and values you select determine which products receive each change. Bulk editing is also available for orders and coupons.

Product filters narrow the records in the table

Filter simple and variable products by ID, title, content, excerpt, slug, SKU, post date, regular price, sale price, sale date, stock quantity, width, height, length, or weight. Other criteria include product type, status, stock status, featured and downloadable options, sold-individually settings, backorders, author, catalog visibility, categories, tags, attributes, reviews, and shipping class.

Product types include simple, variable, external or affiliate, and grouped. Status filters include draft, pending, private, and public. Stock filters can find items that are in stock, out of stock, or on backorder. Enter an ID range or separate IDs with commas. Text filters can match exact content, find or exclude text, match the beginning or end, or locate empty fields. Category filters can include subcategories. Attribute filters use global attributes configured in WooCommerce, with attribute values available for narrower selection.

Field selection sets the scope of each bulk edit

Choose fields to include in the editing view or exclude fields you want to leave out. Available product fields cover titles, descriptions, excerpts, images, galleries, SKUs, slugs, attributes, default attributes, product URLs, button text, status, passwords, and menu order. You can also edit regular and sale prices and dates, stock management and status, backorders, sold-individually settings, featured and virtual settings, downloadable documents and limits, purchase notes, and review settings. Organization and fulfillment fields include product type, grouped products, categories, tags, shipping class, catalog visibility, dimensions, upsells, and cross-sells.

Table actions apply changes to selected cells

Select rows, columns, individual objects, or the entire table. Right-click to edit, copy and paste values, select a range, or drag the fill handle to apply an edit to other cells. The table also works with deleting selected objects, sorting in ascending or descending order, undoing an update, and Find and Replace. Use Search to find fields to edit, and Load variations to work with product variations.

Pro tools support repeated catalog work

Bulky Pro includes the free-version features, an automatic plugin update option, and edit history that records changes for review. It can bulk edit custom meta fields from third-party add-ons. You can configure how many products appear per page and save a filter so it remains available after the page reloads.

For a catalog update, first filter the products, then select the relevant rows and fields and make the changes in the table. Use edit history to review recorded changes, or save a filter when you need the same product selection again. Order filters include ID, title, regular price, sale price, and SKU. Coupons can also be bulk edited.
