Charitable Pro is the paid edition of Charitable, a donation and fundraising platform for WordPress. Charities, nonprofits, foundations, clubs, and NGOs can use it to publish campaigns, collect donations, and manage donor activity from their websites.

Set up donation forms for each campaign

Start with a pre-built campaign template or use the drag-and-drop form builder. Set suggested donation amounts, allow custom amounts, select which donor details to collect, and personalize the donate button. Forms can accept one-time donations, while recurring schedules are available through the Recurring Donations extension. Campaign donation goals can appear in a widget.

Place a form in a popup, on a separate page, in a site widget, or alongside its campaign. Use [campaigns] to display a campaign grid or [charitable_donation_form] to embed a particular campaign’s form in page content.

Organize campaigns and supporter fundraising

Create unlimited fundraising campaigns, including time-sensitive campaigns that end automatically. Campaigns can display fundraising goals, donor totals, comments, updates, and video content. Charitable Pro adds crowdfunding and peer-to-peer fundraising; peer-to-peer campaigns are supported through the Ambassadors extension, where supporters can raise donations for a cause.

Connect payment and email utilities

Payment options in the supplied product information include Stripe, PayPal, and Square. Stripe can accept credit card donations on your site, while PayPal redirects donors to PayPal to complete payment. The Offline Donations gateway can record cheque or bank transfer gifts and display payment details to donors. Charitable Pro adds further payment and email marketing integrations.

The Recurring Donations extension supports monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual schedules. Its supplied payment integrations include PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, Authorize.Net, and PayFast. Newsletter Connect supports Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, MailPoet, and Mailster. Fee Relief can let donors cover gateway processing fees, with options for how fees are calculated for different gateways.

Track donor activity

Use the dashboard to review donation history and campaign goal progress. Create donor profiles, highlight top contributors, and send personalized communications. Annual donation receipts can support end-of-year tax reporting.

Configure donation amounts, donor fields, goals, buttons, and form placement in the builder.
