SportsPress Pro is the paid edition for clubs using WordPress to organize and publish football information. It provides access to more advanced functionality alongside the core SportsPress for Football tools. The specific Pro-only modules are not identified, so individual capabilities should not be assumed to be exclusive to the Pro edition.

Manage fixtures and match information

The football tools help clubs publish schedules, results and venue details, and maintain football-specific match records.

• Schedules and matches: manage fixtures and results for football matches.
• Field information and maps: provide venue details for matches and club activities.
• Own goals: record own goals using the add-on's red football icon.
• Soccer admin branding: replace the SportsPress icon in the administration area with football-oriented branding.

Bring existing club data into WordPress

CSV importers for teams, players, staff and matches are included with the core SportsPress plugin. Find them under Tools > Import in WordPress and choose the relevant SportsPress CSV importer.

Check the website with your chosen theme

SportsPress works with any theme. Styling may be needed to match the plugin's presentation to the selected theme.

Set up the club site

1. Prepare the football club site in WordPress.
2. Organize teams, players, staff and matches with SportsPress tools or the included CSV importers.
3. Add fixtures, results, field information, maps and own-goal records as needed.
4. Review the site with the selected theme and apply styling if required.
5. Use the Pro edition when advanced football functionality is needed.

Once SportsPress for Football and the Pro edition are available in WordPress, configure club information and match content through the plugin tools. For bulk content, open Tools > Import and select a SportsPress CSV importer.
