CF7 Mate Pro adds form-building and management tools to the regular Contact Form 7 process. Forms stay in the Contact Form 7 editor, where you can create and edit them, then configure Pro capabilities on the forms that need them. It works with Divi 4, Divi 5, the WordPress block editor, Elementor, and Bricks, and builds on the styling, extra field types, and grid layouts available in CF7 Mate.

Shape the form around each response

Multi-step forms divide a long form into a sequence of steps. Conditional logic can display or hide individual fields and skip steps according to information a user enters. The logic also works with multi-step forms, so fields and steps can respond to the visitor’s answers.

These tools can organize detailed applications, quote requests, bookings, and surveys. Agencies and freelancers can create branded client forms, service businesses can collect and organize leads, and event organizers can run registrations during a defined time window.

Store and manage submissions

Form Entries saves submissions in the website’s own WordPress database. Administrators can view, search, filter, and delete entries in the WordPress administration area, or export them as CSV. Form analytics report views, submissions, and conversion rate for each form. Analytics are stored locally without a third-party tracker.

Conditional email routing sends notifications to different recipients based on what a visitor selects or enters. This can direct sales and support inquiries to separate recipients.

Set timing and allow users to return

Form scheduling lets you set a start date and an end date, then display a custom message when the form is closed. Save and continue later lets visitors resume a longer form from a link sent by email.

Reuse form styles

Save a styled form as a style preset and apply that preset to other forms in one click. The Agency plan also includes white label capability, which lets agencies replace CF7 Mate branding with their own on client sites.

Install and configure

Install CF7 Mate Pro on a WordPress site that uses Contact Form 7, then activate it alongside the standard Contact Form 7 workflow. If the free CF7 Mate add-on is active, it detects Pro and deactivates the free copy automatically while preserving options, capability toggles, and form configurations.

After activation, continue managing forms through Contact Form 7. Configure entries, logic, steps, scheduling, routing, analytics, resume links, and style presets on the forms where each feature is needed.
