Connect booking fields to availability

Availability Datepicker Pro extends the Availability Datepicker calendar and date and time picker for WordPress. It turns text fields into guided selectors that show dates and times allowed by your schedule. Use it for appointments, reservations, rentals, and other bookings where visitors select a date, time, or date range.

Contact Form 7 and other form extensions connect through a CSS selector. Add a plain text field, then enter its CSS class or ID in the Integration panel. This connection needs no shortcode or custom code.

Match the booking type to its fields

• Fixed Time Slots: Visitors choose a specific slot, such as an appointment, consultation, or class, through one date and time field.
• Day Based: Visitors choose check-in and check-out dates through two separate fields. This suits hotels, bed and breakfasts, and vacation rentals.
• Flexible Range: Visitors choose start and end dates and times through two separate fields. Use this for car or equipment rentals, meeting rooms, and multi-hour bookings.

Set the schedule and selection rules

Configure business hours by weekday, with multiple open periods for schedules such as morning and afternoon shifts. Set the availability window to move forward a chosen number of days from today or use a fixed date range.

Choose 15, 30, or 60-minute slot intervals, require advance notice, and add preparation or cleanup buffers around appointments. Configure the timezone for availability rules, choose a 12-hour or 24-hour display, choose from more than 15 date formats, or keep the calendar visible inline. The datepicker interface can be displayed in more than 40 languages.

Six quick setup presets cover doctor, salon, hotel, car rental, equipment rental, and meeting room schedules. They provide starting settings for common appointment, stay, rental, and buffer scenarios.

Manage bookings and connected calendars

The Pro edition can capture and manage bookings, block booked slots automatically, and disable dates once they are taken. It also works with separate availability rules for multiple resources or form fields, so different services can use independent schedules.

Adjust calendar colors, fonts, and labels with branding and dynamic styling controls. Import availability from an ICS calendar to block dates already occupied in Google Calendar, Outlook, Airbnb, Booking.com, or another calendar service. Native Divi and WooCommerce integrations are included.

Install, connect, and review

Install Availability Datepicker Pro in WordPress, add a plain text input to the chosen form, and open the Integration panel. Copy the field's CSS class or ID into the CSS Selector setting. Then configure the booking type, business hours, availability window, and other rules. For Day Based and Flexible Range bookings, connect separate start and end fields. Review the calendar on the frontend before publishing the form.
