Customer bookings and admin schedules

Amelia Premium, Amelia Pro, and Amelia Elite are paid editions of the Amelia booking system for WordPress. Customers can browse services and events, check available times, and reserve appointments or event places through a mobile-first booking calendar and forms. Administrators manage services, employees, schedules, locations, and events in the booking system.

Custom form fields can collect special requests, addresses, file uploads, or other information. The admin calendar gives an overview of scheduled appointments and events. Email and SMS notifications can reach customers and providers, with scheduled reminders and follow-ups.

Service timing, availability, and capacity

A service can have multiple duration choices, with various prices for each duration and, where applicable, different prices by employee. Recurring appointments let customers book the same service at a chosen time increment. Employee settings can include working hours, service schedules, capacity, prices, days off, and special days. Businesses can also manage multiple locations, custom schedules, group bookings, buffer times, and service extras.

Shared or single resources can limit bookings; resource management is available with Pro and Elite licenses. Address fields let customers enter a service location linked with Google Maps. Time-zone detection can display booking times in the client’s time zone.

Booking forms, payments, and event tickets

Appointment forms can use a step-by-step flow or a catalog view. Add them to WordPress pages with [ameliastepbooking] or [ameliacatalogbooking]. For events, [ameliaeventslistbooking] shows an event list, and an event calendar can show upcoming events by month. Customers can pay after booking through a link sent by email or available in the Customer Panel.

Online payment integrations include PayPal, Stripe, WooCommerce, Mollie, and Razorpay. Amelia also works with deposits and refunds processed through the payment provider used for a booking. Event features include recurring events, deposit payments, dynamic ticketing, and different ticket settings.

Notifications and connected services

Custom notifications support templates, multiple reminders and follow-ups, scheduling, and service-specific messages. Calendar and meeting integrations include Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Zoom, Google Meet, and Lesson Space. Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics are also listed integrations. Additional paid capabilities include customer and employee panels, discount coupons, service packages, webhooks, and REST API management.
