Send visitors from your site to WhatsApp

Cresta Help Chat Pro includes a button visitors can click to start a private message to the WhatsApp number configured for your site. They can continue the conversation in WhatsApp Web or the mobile app. On mobile, clicking the button can open the app if it is installed. The number is visible to every website user, so use one you are comfortable sharing.

Choose a sitewide or in-content button

A floating button appears at the bottom right of the site. To place a button in specific content, add the [cresta-help-chat] shortcode to a post, page, or custom post type. The plugin also lets you select which pages show the WhatsApp Chat button. To conceal it on a particular page or post, edit that content and select the hide option in the Cresta Help Chat metabox.

Adjust the button show

Pro controls let you change the button's position, colors, and size, add a tooltip, use the WhatsApp widget, and choose from different animations. Cresta Help Chat is compatible with WooCommerce and WPML.

Configure the contact option

After installing the extension, open Settings > Cresta Help Chat in WordPress Admin. Set the WhatsApp contact button and where it should appear, then adjust its display with the available Pro controls. For content-specific placement, add the shortcode to a post, page, or custom post type. To hide the button on selected content, edit that page or post and use its Cresta Help Chat metabox.
