Coupon Affiliates PRO is the paid upgrade for running a coupon-based affiliate program in WooCommerce. Affiliates use a dashboard or branded portal to check coupon activity, recent orders, commissions, clicks and conversions. They can also create referral URLs that apply their coupon at checkout. Store owners can use the program for affiliate campaigns, influencer marketing, referrals between customers or ambassador programs.

Affiliate activity and shop reports

Affiliates can review coupon statistics, commission details and a recent order list. Referral URL reporting includes clicks, coupon usage, conversion rates and an individual click log. PRO adds a monthly orders and commission summary, filterable by date or order status.

Administrators can report on coupon usage and sales across all coupons or for one coupon. PRO reports support unlimited date ranges, comparisons between date ranges and CSV export. Commission settings can use a fixed amount per product, a fixed amount per order or a percentage of the order total; all three types can be combined.

Program structure and affiliate communications

With multi-level affiliates, users can invite other affiliates and earn additional commission from their referrals. Affiliate groups let administrators set different commission rates or control access to selected capabilities. Performance bonuses can reward goals with fixed commission per product, fixed commission per order or a percentage of the order total.

Advanced registration options include custom form fields, dynamic coupon code generation, automatic acceptance and automatic registration. PRO can send affiliates weekly or monthly email summaries of recent referrals and commissions, with a PDF report.

Referral promotion and affiliate access

Affiliates can use downloadable creatives, including banners with preview, download and copy-code controls. Referral utilities include campaign tracking, direct link tracking, social sharing, short URLs and QR codes. Store owners can also connect affiliate coupons to landing pages or enable lifetime commissions for future customer orders.

The modern affiliate portal can use custom brand colors and a logo. A floating widget gives existing affiliates quick access to statistics, referral links, orders, payout details and creatives; potential affiliates can use it to reach the registration form.

Commission payouts and store administration

PRO tracks unpaid commission and payout requests, and administrators can manage pending, completed or cancelled payouts. Affiliates can request payment under configured thresholds and delays. Payout options include Stripe, PayPal, Wise bank transfer and store credit.

Administrators can assign users to coupon codes, generate or edit coupons in bulk, and assign affiliates to orders in bulk. Coupon and order screens can show the assigned affiliate, commission and a link to the affiliate dashboard. The add-on can display coupon statistics and commissions from WooCommerce order history, including orders placed before installation.

Getting started

Install Coupon Affiliates on the WooCommerce site, assign affiliate users to coupon codes and configure the program settings. Add the dashboard, registration form, portal or widget to suit the program workflow, then review reports as referrals and orders are recorded.
