Create and place forms
Create forms in the WordPress admin panel or programmatically. Add them with Gutenberg blocks, or use hooks and helper functions for developer integrations. Documentation covers these capabilities. AJAX submissions work without a page reload, and entries can shop submissions with all their fields.
Choose what submissions change
- Posts: Create or edit posts, configure the title, content, and status, and map existing ACF fields.
- User accounts: Register customers or let them edit their profiles, with automatic mapping of user fields.
- Entries: Save a record containing all submitted fields.
Calculate values and control access
Calculated fields update live as users complete a form, using values from other fields. You can also program calculations for more complex requirements. Built-in restrictions can limit the total number of submissions, allow access only to logged-in users, or set when a form can be used.
Send notifications and connect services
Configure unlimited email notifications with dynamic recipients and field includes. A form can send each submission, including all form data, to Slack; sign users up for a Mailchimp mailing list; or connect to thousands of third-party services through Zapier. Every form has honeypot spam protection, and Pro supports reCAPTCHA, including an invisible captcha.
Set up a form
Define the ACF fields, then create a form in the admin panel or in code and add it to a page with a Gutenberg block. Configure notifications and any restrictions, then select whether submissions are stored as entries, mapped to posts or user profiles, used for calculations, or sent to connected services.
