Product Visibility by User Role for WooCommerce Pro: Catalog Rules
Product Visibility by User Role for WooCommerce Pro lets store administrators set role-based rules for what customers see and can purchase in the WooCommerce catalog. Rules can include or exclude visitor roles.

Choose the product state
A restricted product can be hidden from the shop and search results, remain visible while non-purchasable, or be hidden completely. These settings determine whether a product appears in common catalog listings, can be bought, or is hidden.
Set rules per product or catalog group
Use individual product settings when products need different treatment. Pro also applies visibility settings in bulk to multiple products, categories, or tags, so a shared role rule can cover a larger catalog group.
Product controls are separate from the options to hide menu entries and product terms. These settings let administrators manage navigation and taxonomy elements alongside product visibility.
Choose a destination for hidden content
When a customer reaches hidden or unavailable content, set a custom redirect page instead of the default 404 page.
