Build a table around what visitors need to find

Posts Table Pro presents WordPress posts, pages, and custom post types in searchable, sortable tables. Visitors can browse entries by category, tag, author, date, custom field, term, ID, or other available criteria. Pagination helps people move through larger collections, and responsive options control how tables behave on different screen sizes.

Set columns and filters for each collection

Standard columns include post IDs, images, titles, content, categories, tags, authors, and dates. Add custom fields, custom taxonomies, excerpts, or post status to display details specific to your content. Dropdown filters are available for taxonomies, categories, and tags; you can also select posts by custom field, term, date, ID, and more. Advanced Custom Fields and ACF Pro are supported.

Show media alongside post details

WordPress media embeds support audio and video galleries as well as media playlists. Featured images can open in a lightbox, with a choice of picture size. You can enable AJAX for searching, filtering, and navigating results to reduce server load.

Organize libraries, directories, and collections

A document library can pair file details with taxonomy filters, while a staff or member directory can display relevant custom fields. Audio collections can use embeds and playlists. Tables can also organize courses, products, events, publications, articles, books, or intranet content.

Configure and add a table

Install Posts Table Pro, configure the table settings, then add the [posts_table] shortcode to a page or widget. Use the settings or shortcode parameters to choose columns, pagination, filters, sorting, and displayed content. Common options can be managed globally under Settings > Posts Table With Search & Sort.

WPML compatibility works with content translation. Translations are currently provided for French, Spanish, German, Greek, and Chinese (Taiwan). The jQuery DataTables library powers searching and sorting.
